Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas delivers can take anywhere from 7-9 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time. You can also track your order at any time through the “Track Your Order” menu by entering your personal details.

Do you offer priority shipping?

Yes, we provide Priority and Express Shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

What materials do you use?

We use premium-quality fabrics such as linen, cotton, and blends of both or leather and nylon for our bags. Our focus is on natural, breathable, and skin-friendly materials that offer comfort and timeless style.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for extra comfort. Need help? Our customer care team is happy to advise you personally.

How should I care for your garments?

We recommend washing most items at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid tumble drying to maintain fabric quality. For linen pieces, air drying and gentle ironing will keep the fabric looking crisp and elegant.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely. RUOCCI offers premium gift packaging on request, perfect for special occasions. You can select this option during checkout.

Are your products sustainably made?

At RUOCCI, we carefully select materials and partners to ensure high quality and responsible production. All of our items are made with durable and sustianbly fabrics designed to last season after season.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Our store automatically adjusts to your local currency when possible. You can also select your preferred currency at checkout.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities for one or two seasons. If an item is sold out, you can sign up for a restock alert on the product page to be the first to know if it becomes available again.

What if my size is not available?

You can sign up on the product page to be notified if your size comes back in stock. For exclusive items, availability may be limited.

Do you offer virtual gift cards?

Yes, RUOCCI gift cards are available in various amounts and delivered instantly via email – the perfect last-minute gift.

Do you charge import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
